Eligible returns must meet the following criteria: items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to refuse such returns or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please follow the step-by-step process outlined on our website. You will need to provide your order details to generate a return authorization, which must be included with your returned package. Packages sent without a valid return authorization may be delayed or rejected. Once your return authorization is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship your item back to us.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or we sent the wrong product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Please ensure that returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit; we are not responsible for items damaged while being returned to us.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our facility), we will verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account, depending on their processing times.
Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or if we sent the wrong product. To initiate an exchange, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date, providing details of the issue (including photos if the item is damaged or defective). Once your exchange request is approved, we will send the correct or replacement item to you at no additional cost, and provide instructions for returning the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Exchanges for reasons other than defect, damage, or incorrect item are not available; however, you may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. Please note that shipping costs for the new order will apply, unless the exchange is due to our error.
Certain items may be marked as non-returnable, including personalized products, custom-made storage solutions, and items marked as final sale. Non-returnable items will be clearly indicated on their product listings, and returns for these items will not be accepted under any circumstances, except if they are defective or damaged.
